Departing the Venue Checklist

The hirer must ensure that:

 all areas are left cleaned

 chairs stacked and tables are in their original position

 all cups and saucers are clean and stored in cupboard.

 all props, decorations and hirer equipment have been removed

 all doors and windows are securely locked

 Urn, fans, air-conditioning, heaters & lights are switched off (emergency exit lights

remain on)

 all food has been cleared from the kitchen sink & benches, microwave and fridge

 all rubbish has been removed from kitchen, toilets and main room

 the keys have been returned to MVIC or the MCC Office.
