Departing the Venue Checklist
The hirer must ensure that:
all areas are left cleaned
chairs stacked and tables are in their original position
all cups and saucers are clean and stored in cupboard.
all props, decorations and hirer equipment have been removed
all doors and windows are securely locked
Urn, fans, air-conditioning, heaters & lights are switched off (emergency exit lights
remain on)
all food has been cleared from the kitchen sink & benches, microwave and fridge
all rubbish has been removed from kitchen, toilets and main room
the keys have been returned to MVIC or the MCC Office.
